- Wrong item or not quite right? Email us your order number + a photo.
- Our team will approve the return and share the nearest return warehouse address.
- Once we get your package back, we’ll process your return in about 5 business days and refund your original payment method.

💸 Return & Refund Policy
- We accept returns for non-defective items within 20 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale products (30% off or more) and outlet items.
- Return shipping isn’t prepaid, but we’ll gift you a Kenvord gift card equal to your return shipping cost.
